Page 5 Our Condolences Our condolences go out to Tom Polizzi. We were saddened to hear about the passing of his brother and Optometrist, Dr. Sebastian Polizzi. We would also like to congratulate Fred Rapps on winning $35 in our Finn and the Bin. January meeting. Ms. Fernandez is assistant counsel with the Office of the Professions in the New York State Education Department. However, due to a scheduling conflict, she will now be attending our April meeting.
